This privacy policy explains how Unshaken Voice Productions handles information in the Bottom Shelf Butler News (BSBN) mobile application. BSBN is a news, community, and media app for adults. The current app release is designed to let people read and watch BSBN material and visit the organization's external channels.

Information the app handles

The current release does not require an account and does not create an in-app user profile. It does not collect contacts, precise location, camera or microphone recordings, SMS messages, or payment-card information. The app does not include in-app advertising, push-notification registration, or an analytics profile in the current release.

• Newsroom, community, and media material bundled with or linked from the app is displayed on the device for the app experience.
• If you choose to contact BSBN, the app may open your selected email application with information you choose to provide. Your email provider and the recipient then process that message; the app does not maintain an in-app contact database.
• When you follow links to the BSBN website, YouTube, Facebook, Patreon, PayPal, Cash App, or other third-party services, those services may process information under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

Information sent directly to BSBN by email is used to respond to the inquiry, provide support, manage the relationship, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. BSBN does not sell personal information collected through the app and does not use the app to build an advertising profile.

Third-party services

The app can connect you to services operated by other organizations. Those services may collect account, device, payment, usage, or other information when you use their websites or applications. Review the privacy policy of each service before using it. Unshaken Voice Productions does not control third-party data practices, terms, or retention periods.

Retention and deletion

Because the current app does not create an account or store an in-app user profile, there is no app account for us to delete. If you email BSBN or Unshaken Voice Productions, we may retain the message and related correspondence as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet accounting and legal requirements. Security

We use reasonable safeguards for information we control. No internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information by email.

Adults and children

BSBN is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes and contact
