AI Use Disclaimer

Unshaken Voice Productions (“UVP”) builds and teaches AI-assisted systems on a human-first principle: AI can assist with reasoning, organization, creation, research, and workflow, but it does not become the responsible decision-maker. This disclaimer applies to UVP AI-assisted features, agents, products, demonstrations, and training unless a product displays additional terms for its specific use.

AI can be wrong

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or confidently wrong. A fluent answer is not proof that the answer is correct. Users remain responsible for checking important facts, sources, calculations, instructions, and assumptions before relying on the output.

Human responsibility remains

• Use AI as assistance, not as automatic authority over consequential decisions.
• Verify important output using appropriate sources, tools, inspection, testing, or qualified people.
• Protect confidential, regulated, private, and proprietary information.
• Use professional judgment where safety, legal rights, health, finances, employment, education, or other high-impact decisions are involved.
• Stop or escalate when the available evidence is insufficient for a responsible answer.

Not professional advice

• AI output and UVP educational content are not legal advice.
• They are not financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
• They are not medical, mental-health, or emergency advice.
• They are not a substitute for licensed professional judgment in a regulated field.
• Automotive AI assistance does not replace physical inspection, appropriate diagnostic testing, or a qualified mechanic for safety-critical decisions.

Research and source-grounded systems

A source citation, retrieval result, confidence label, or evidence record can improve transparency but does not eliminate error. Sources can be incomplete, outdated, disputed, misinterpreted, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Users should inspect the underlying evidence when accuracy matters.

Education and learning tools

UVP education systems are designed to support understanding, guided practice, and responsible learning. They should not be used to misrepresent another person’s work as the learner’s own, bypass teacher or parent expectations, or substitute automated answers for required learning and assessment.

Privacy and sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private customer records, regulated records, confidential business information, or other highly sensitive material to a general AI feature unless the specific product states that it is designed and approved for that information. Product-specific privacy notices may impose additional restrictions.

No certification or guaranteed outcome

UVP training reviews and learning experiences are not professional licensure, formal accreditation, academic credit, or government certification unless a specific program explicitly states otherwise and provides the applicable credentialing information. No income, employment, academic, repair, investment, business, or other outcome is guaranteed by using an AI-assisted UVP product.

Questions or concerns

If an AI-assisted UVP feature produces unsafe, inappropriate, or materially incorrect behavior, stop relying on the output and report the issue through the product support path or support@unshakenvoice.tech with enough non-sensitive context for the issue to be reviewed.
