Support
A clear path when something needs attention.
UVP is preparing a support experience that combines approved self-service answers with human escalation. Until staffing and automation are confirmed, support should be treated as a request path—not a guaranteed service-level promise.
Support questions
Answers before escalation.
Where should I start?
Use the Contact page for a project, consulting question, product question, or Academy interest request.
Is checkout live?
The public platform may show payment and access flows while they are being prepared. A charge should not be implied until live checkout is explicitly enabled.
Can the support assistant solve everything?
No. Automated help can explain approved information and collect a request. Payment, account, technical, privacy, and unusual issues may require human review.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the page or product, what you expected, what happened, and any non-sensitive steps that reproduce the problem. Never include passwords, secret keys, or private customer records.
Need a human review?
Send a concise request and include only the information needed to understand the issue.
