This policy describes how access to UVP’s paid applications, programs, and early-access products is granted and managed.

How access is granted

• While checkout is being finalized, access is granted manually: submit a request, receive confirmation and payment instructions, then receive access credentials or links by email.
• When live checkout is enabled, access follows automatically from a completed purchase.
• Program access (such as the Aleph Applied AI Academy) is tied to the track purchased: single learner, household (up to 5 learners), or organization (up to 12 users with custom expansion).

Account responsibility

Access is for the purchaser and the learners covered by their track. Do not share credentials outside your household or organization allocation. UVP may suspend access for credential sharing, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Early access and preview products

Products labeled “Early access,” “Product preview,” or “Available soon” are in active development. Features, content, and availability may change, and early access may be migrated to a new system as products mature. Current status is always labeled on the product page.

Ending access

Subscription access ends at the close of the paid period after cancellation. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Where practical, learners may export their own portfolio artifacts before access ends.
