This policy applies to mobile and installable applications published by Unshaken Voice Productions (“UVP”) for Android, Apple platforms, progressive web apps, and other supported devices unless an individual app displays a more specific privacy notice.

Our approach

UVP designs applications to collect only the information needed for the feature or service being used. We do not sell personal information. An app should not request access to device capabilities that are not necessary for its stated purpose.

Information an app may use

• Account and contact information you choose to provide.
• Content you intentionally create, upload, record, or submit through an app.
• Device and diagnostic information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Microphone, camera, photo, file, location, notification, or other device permissions only when a feature requires them and the operating system provides the permission choice.
• Purchase or entitlement records when an app includes paid access. Payment-card details remain with the payment provider and are not stored by UVP.

Device permissions

You can deny or revoke operating-system permissions through your device settings. Some features may stop working when a permission they require is disabled. UVP applications should explain why a permission is needed before or when it is requested.

AI-assisted features

Some UVP applications may include AI-assisted features. When a feature requires an external AI, speech, hosting, or other service provider, only the information needed to perform that feature should be sent. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, highly sensitive health information, or other secrets through an AI-assisted feature unless the app specifically states that the feature is designed and approved for that information.

Children and family applications

Family or education applications may use additional privacy notices, parent or guardian controls, and consent requirements appropriate to the specific service. A family-facing app should not treat a child as the contracting adult or bypass required parent or guardian authority.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, support, accounting, or legal obligations that apply. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contactingsupport@unshakenvoice.tech. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
