These terms govern use of the Unshaken Voice Productions (“UVP”) website, products, programs, and services. By using this site or purchasing from UVP, you agree to these terms.

Services and deliverables

Custom work (websites, software, media, AI workflow builds) is governed by a written quote or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, and timeline. Payment does not guarantee launch without required content, access, and scope approval from the client.

Programs and training

Educational programs, including the Aleph Applied AI Academy, provide training and applied practice. Completion reviews confirm applied participation only — they are not formal accreditation, academic credit, licensure, or employment certification, and no income, employment, or business outcome is guaranteed.

AI-assisted tools and content

  • AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. No guarantee is made that AI output is correct.
  • Users remain responsible for verifying AI output before relying on it or acting on it.
  • AI tools on this site do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
  • AI training and use must remain governed by human judgment; you are responsible for decisions made with AI assistance.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its tools to violate law, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you have no right to share.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Until live checkout is enabled, purchase buttons may operate in request-only or test mode and do not create a charge.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UVP’s liability for any claim related to the site, products, or programs is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
