This policy describes refund eligibility for UVP purchases. The plan terms shown at checkout control billing frequency and cancellation for subscriptions; this policy controls refund eligibility.

Program memberships (including the Aleph Applied AI Academy)

• Paid access may be cancelled according to the plan terms shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund past charges.
• A refund request made within 14 days of a first purchase, before substantial program access or review services have been used, is eligible for a full refund.
• After that window, refunds are considered case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or failure to deliver the described program.
• Until live checkout is enabled, purchase buttons may operate in request-only or test mode and no charges occur.

Digital products and downloads

Delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where the product is materially defective or was misdescribed.

Service deposits and custom work

Deposits reserve a build slot and are applied toward the project total. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable to the extent work has been performed; any unused portion is addressed in the written project agreement.

Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to request a refund

Email billing@unshakenvoice.tech with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal.
