Unshaken Voice Productions (“UVP”) collects the minimum information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver products and services, and operate this website. UVP does not sell personal information.

Information collected

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone) through forms, email, or checkout.
• Order and billing records for purchases. Card details are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are never stored by UVP.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and site operation.
• Content you voluntarily provide when using tools such as Aleph chat or project intake forms.

How information is used

• Responding to inquiries and delivering purchased products or services.
• Providing access to programs such as the Aleph Applied AI Academy.
• Site security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Service updates you have requested. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and include an opt-out.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the business (such as payment processors, hosting, and email providers), or when required by law. Providers receive only what they need to perform their function.

AI-assisted features

Some features (such as Aleph chat) may send the text you submit to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through AI-assisted features.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@unshakenvoice.tech. Records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes are retained as required by law.
