Privacy Policy

Unshaken Voice Productions (“UVP”) designs its website, products, and services around data minimization and human responsibility. This policy explains the personal information UVP may collect, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you. UVP does not sell personal information.

Information you provide

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the information you include in an inquiry.
• Project, support, education, research, or product information you intentionally submit to a UVP form, workspace, or communication channel.
• Account information when a UVP product requires sign-in or protected access.
• Order and billing records for purchases. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by UVP.
• Files, text, images, recordings, or other content you choose to provide to a feature that explicitly accepts that content.

Information generated through use

• Basic technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, request logs, and error information used to operate and protect the service.
• Product activity needed to provide a requested feature, maintain access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, or understand whether a service is functioning correctly.
• Cookie or similar browser information where used for essential sessions, preferences, security, or other functions described by the site.

How information is used

• Responding to inquiries and providing requested products, services, support, consultations, or program access.
• Operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving UVP websites and applications.
• Maintaining account access, purchase records, service history, and customer-requested communications.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security problems.
• Meeting accounting, contractual, regulatory, or legal obligations that apply to the business.
• Sending marketing or update messages only where UVP has an appropriate basis to do so, with an unsubscribe option where required.

AI-assisted features

Some UVP products use external AI, speech, hosting, search, or other technology providers to perform a requested feature. Information is sent only as needed for that feature and is subject to the provider configuration and terms applicable to the service. Do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, confidential customer records, regulated information, or other highly sensitive material into a general AI feature unless the product specifically states that it is designed and approved for that information.

Service providers and sharing

UVP may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, security, analytics, communications, AI or speech features, file storage, and other functions needed to provide the service. Providers should receive only the information needed for the relevant function. UVP may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of an authorized business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Pittsburgh Health Connect participation

The public Pittsburgh Health Connect participation form is designed for nonclinical coordination. It may collect an email address, optional name or organization information, a broad service area, controlled resource or capability categories, access preferences, and consent choices. The public form does not request a diagnosis, medical history, medical records, insurance or member identifiers, date of birth, street address, or a free-text medical case narrative. Email ownership must be confirmed before a profile enters the matching pool. A direct automated introduction shares contact information only when both verified participants have separately opted in to mutual introductions and the matching rules identify a strong nonclinical overlap. Other potential matches remain subject to human review. Participants should not send protected health information or clinical records through the form or introduction emails.

Children and family services

General UVP business services are not intended for children to contract with independently. Products specifically designed for families or learners may include additional parent or guardian controls, consent requirements, age-appropriate notices, and product-specific privacy information. A child should not be asked to bypass parent or guardian authority to create a paid or contractual relationship with UVP.

Children and Virtueward family pilot

The public Moriah demonstration does not accept student responses. During the controlled Virtueward family pilot, an adult parent or guardian controls the family account and no child email is required. The protected Student Desk stores parent-created student profiles, lesson answers, ready-for-review status, parent grades and notes, Moriah text transcripts, and activity timestamps so work can continue across sessions and remain visible to the parent. Student photographs and drawings are not uploaded by the current classroom, raw microphone recordings are not stored by Virtueward, and precise location, behavioral advertising profiles, autonomous grading, and public student posts are not enabled. Retention

UVP keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Retention periods can vary by product and type of record.

Security

UVP uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe a UVP account or service has been compromised, contact support promptly and do not send passwords by email.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the information involved and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy choices by contacting admin@unshakenvoice.tech. Virtueward pilot access and deletion questions may also be sent to pilot@unshakenvoice.tech without attaching student work or media. UVP may need to verify the request and may retain records where required for legal, security, accounting, contractual, or other legitimate obligations.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as UVP products, providers, and legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and product-specific notices may be provided where an individual service requires additional information.
