A city you can step inside.

Explore Pittsburgh through a navigable 3D model of its buildings, bridges, terrain, and history. This is one example of how we turn the world around us into an experience people can understand and explore.

Pittsburgh skyline viewed from West End Overlook

Pittsburgh · City Studio 11

The full 3D scene loads only when launched. Best explored on a larger screen with WebGL enabled.

Cover photograph: Cbaile19, West End Overlook, CC0. The scene retains its original photography, map credits, and source records.

Try a different way to explore.

Use the scene’s Explore, Walk, and Fly controls, search for a landmark, or switch layers and historical views. A mouse and keyboard give you the most room to move; touch controls and a lighter quality setting are available on smaller devices.

A focused prototype can bring a campus, facility, community, product, or dataset to life. We agree the data, interactions, scope, and delivery time with you before the build.

Understand what you are seeing.

This public demonstration uses dated public-source captures, including OpenStreetMap. Some heights, materials, vegetation, and historical reconstructions are illustrative. It is not a live navigation service or a survey. Open the source records inside the scene for detail.

No account is needed. This edition uses embedded data; external provider connections are disabled. Notebook and view preferences stay in this browser and can be exported using the scene’s controls.
